Review, analyse, and make decisions on documents and verification sessions
The Analytics section is your workspace for reviewing verification results. Whether documents were submitted through a journey, uploaded manually, or sent via API, all results land here for your team to review, approve, or flag.
What you'll find in Analytics
The Analytics section is split into several views, accessible from the left sidebar under Analysis:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| By document | All documents analysed individually, with their AI result and status |
| By folder | Documents grouped by customer file / folder |
| By session | Completed journey sessions, with all their steps and results |
Document statuses
Each document or session in Analytics has a status that reflects the current state of the review:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ✅ Approved | The document or session has been approved (manually or automatically) |
| ❌ Rejected | The document or session has been rejected |
| ⚠️ To review | Needs manual review by an analyst |
| 🔄 Pending | Processing in progress |
Navigating to Analytics
From the left sidebar, click Analysis to expand the section, then choose your preferred view: By document, By folder, or By session.
