Information extraction for passport applicant receipts.

This synchronous API extracts information in real-time from passport applicant receipts.
The extracted fields include:

• First Name: The applicant's first name (e.g., John).
• Last Name: The applicant's last name (e.g., Doe).
• Date of Birth: Provided in the format day/month/year (e.g., 15/07/1990).
• Phone Number: The applicant's phone number, which must start with a "+" or "0" followed by numbers (e.g., +1234567890 or 0123456789).
• Applicant Number: A unique identifier for the applicant, consisting of numbers and/or letters.

Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Maximum number of calls per minute: 10 calls.

For optimal results, ensure the following:

• The document resolution is greater than 200 DPI.
• The document is free of highlights, shadows, blurs, and rotations.
• The text area is clearly readable and oriented with an angle of 0° in the usual reading direction.
