This synchronous API extract in real-time relevant information from decision report document such as the date of the PV, the company name, the legal form, the company address, the RCS number, the effective date, the increased amount of capital, the decreased amount of capital, the new capital amount, the new social object, the new address, the address chief, the new social form, the new company name, the new sigle, the new enseigne, the new associates, the new chief, the new closing date, the new company duration, the new CAC, the liquidation address, the name of the liquidator, the address of the liquidation, the liquidation closing, the mention of the quitus to the liquidator, the liquidation bonus, the liquidation deficit, the modified article of the statutes, the legal form for the tupée company, the approval date of the accounts.
The API model also performs verification checks in order to control
Document Validity and Data consistency.
Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Maximum number of calls per minute: 10 calls.
For better results, it is highly recommended to provide documents
under these properties :
- The image resolution should be greater than 200 DPI
- The document must not be blurred or rotated
- In case of a photo document, make sure that the text area does not contain any highlights or shadows
- The entire document must be in the frame
