This API enables developers to automatically classify customer reviews based on semantic understanding of topics identified in the review as well
as suggest the best answer to those reviews on behalf of a given company.
You can call this API with : the client identifier (an alphanumeric string), the review's text and it's rating (1 to 5 stars).
