This synchronous API extract in real-time relevant information from Transfer of Shares document such as the date of the transfer, the RCS number of the transferring company, the company name of the transferring company, the address of the transferring company or person, the name of the person transferring the shares, and the article number modified in the statutes after the transfer.
The API model also performs verification checks in order to control Document Validity and Data consistency.

For better results, it is highly recommended to provide documents under these properties :
- The image resolution should be greater than 200 DPI
